How do I create an EGreed account?
Sign up at any EGreed product page (for example ai.egreedtech.org) with your email, phone number, or a Google account.
Why do I need an EGreed account?
An EGreed account gives you access to every EGreed product with a single identity — EGreedAI, Cloud, Drive, Mail, Locate, IBONA — plus workspace history, billing, and support.
Can businesses create EGreed accounts?
Yes. Businesses can create team workspaces with admin controls, seat management, SSO, and centralized billing.
Can students use EGreed services?
Yes. Students get discounted or free access to EGreedAI, EGreed Learn courses, EGreed Cloud storage, and developer tools.
How do I reset my EGreed password?
Click 'Forgot password' on any EGreed login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
How do I secure my EGreed account?
Use a strong unique password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), keep your recovery email and phone up to date, and review active sessions regularly.
Can I change my account information?
Yes. Update your name, email, phone, avatar, language, and notification preferences in Account Settings.
Can I delete my EGreed account?
Yes. Open Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period.
