Pricing FAQs
Can I pay with MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money?
Yes. All EGREED packages can be paid in Rwandan Francs via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer or invoice for annual plans.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever and includes EGREED Mail, Drive, ID and 50 EGREED AI requests per month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the billing month; annual plans are reviewed at renewal.
Do you offer discounts for schools and NGOs?
Yes. Schools, universities, students and registered NGOs receive discounted EGREED AI and platform pricing. Contact us for an education quote.
Are prices the same outside Rwanda?
Prices are listed in FRW for Rwanda. For other African markets we bill in local currency at equivalent rates — contact our team for your country.
What happens if I exceed my EGREED AI requests?
You can buy top-up requests or upgrade to a higher plan. We never cut you off mid-conversation — you will receive a notice first.
Do Enterprise plans include setup and migration?
Yes. Enterprise agreements include onboarding, data migration, staff training and a dedicated account engineer based in Kigali.
Is my data hosted in Africa?
Yes. EGREED Cloud and platform data is hosted with Africa-first infrastructure, keeping your data close to home and compliant with Rwanda's data protection law.
