About EGREED ID
What is it?
EGREED ID is the secure digital identity platform that lets users access every EGREED service with one trusted account. It provides enterprise-grade authentication, advanced security, privacy protection, and seamless access across the entire EGREED ecosystem.
Who is it for?
Every EGREED user — individuals, students, developers, startups, schools, organizations, banks, and government agencies that need trusted sign-in across EGREED AI, Cloud, Mail, Drive, Deploy, Locate, IBONA, and Learn.
Architecture
A dedicated identity service at id.egreedtech.org issuing short-lived signed OIDC tokens and device-bound refresh tokens, fronted by a risk engine, backed by HSM-protected signing keys and a tamper-evident audit log.
Security
Argon2id hashing, TLS 1.3, AES-256 at rest, FIDO2/WebAuthn, adaptive risk scoring, breach monitoring, audit logs, Rwanda Law N° 058/2021 and GDPR-aligned controls.
Scalability
Multi-region token issuance, edge session validation, and 99.99% availability targets for authentication.
Enterprise
SAML 2.0 federation, SCIM provisioning, conditional access, IP allow-lists, enforced MFA, and exportable audit logs.

EGREED ID is designed for developers, businesses, government, and enterprises across Rwanda, East Africa, and globally.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Every EGreed product ships with a generous free tier so you can build and evaluate before you pay.
Does EGREED ID support Kinyarwanda?
Yes. EGreed products support English, French, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili in UI and, where relevant, in AI models.
Where is data stored?
You can choose Rwanda, East Africa, or global regions. Enterprise plans support strict in-country data residency.
Is EGREED ID secure?
Yes — encryption at rest and in transit, MFA, SSO, audit logs, and alignment with Rwanda Data Protection Law and GDPR.
Can I pay with Mobile Money?
Yes. We accept MTN Mobile Money (MoMo), Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfers in RWF and USD.
How do I get support?
Email support@egreedtech.org, use the in-app chat, or open a ticket at support.egreedtech.org. Enterprise plans include 24/7 phone support.
Does EGREED ID have SDKs?
Yes. Official SDKs for JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, PHP, Flutter, .NET, Kotlin, Swift, and Rust.
Is there an on-premise version?
Enterprise customers can deploy on private infrastructure. Contact sales@egreedtech.org.
How stable are the APIs?
Stable, versioned APIs with a minimum 12-month deprecation window and detailed release notes.
Is there a status page?
Yes — status.egreedtech.org publishes real-time incident and uptime data.
Can I contribute to the docs?
Yes. Every article has an Edit link that opens the source in our public docs repository.
How do I request a feature?

What's the SLA?
99.9% for standard plans, 99.99% for enterprise. Service credits are automatic when SLAs are missed.
