What is EGREED ID?
EGREED ID is the secure digital identity platform that lets you access every EGREED service with one trusted account. It provides enterprise-grade authentication, advanced security, privacy protection, and seamless access across the entire EGREED ecosystem.
One EGREED ID signs you in to EGREED AI, EGREED Cloud, EGREED Mail, EGREED Drive, EGREED Deploy, EGREED Locate, IBONA Streaming and EGREED Learn.
The service lives at id.egreedtech.org and is built and operated by EGREED Technology LTD in Kigali, Rwanda.
Why EGREED ID exists
As the EGREED ecosystem grew, users needed a separate login for each product. That created weak, reused passwords, fragmented security settings, and no single place to see who had access to what. EGREED ID consolidates identity into one hardened, auditable service.

How EGREED ID works
- You authenticate once at id.egreedtech.org with a password, passkey or biometric.
- EGREED ID issues a short-lived, signed identity token plus a refresh token bound to your device.
- Each EGREED product validates the token through OpenID Connect and grants only the scopes you approved.
- A risk engine scores every request; unusual activity triggers step-up verification or a block.
- Every event — sign-in, consent, revocation, recovery — is written to a tamper-evident audit log you can read.

What is an EGREED ID?
An EGREED ID is your single, secure digital identity for every EGREED Technology service — EGREED AI, Cloud, Mail, Drive, Deploy, Locate, IBONA, Learn and more. One account, one password, one security dashboard.
How do I create an EGREED ID?
Go to id.egreedtech.org, choose Create account, enter your email or phone number, verify the code we send you, set a strong password, and complete your profile.
Is creating an EGREED ID free?
Yes. Creating an EGREED ID is completely free. You only pay for the individual EGREED products or plans you choose to use.
Can I create an EGREED ID with a phone number?
Yes. You can register with a Rwandan or international mobile number and verify it by SMS. You can add an email address later for recovery.
Can I sign up with Google?
Yes. EGREED ID supports federated sign-up with Google. Your EGREED ID is still created and remains yours even if you later disconnect Google.
What are the password requirements for EGREED ID?
At least 12 characters with a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols. Passwords are checked against known breach lists and common patterns are rejected.
Do I need to verify my email address?
Yes. Email verification protects your account and unlocks recovery, billing and security notifications. The verification link expires after 24 hours.
How long does phone verification take?
The SMS code usually arrives within a few seconds. If it does not arrive in two minutes, request a new code or switch to email verification.
Can I have more than one EGREED ID?
Yes, but we recommend one personal ID and separate organization accounts for work. Each ID needs its own unique email address or phone number.
Can I change the email on my EGREED ID?
Yes. Open Profile → Email, add the new address, verify it, then set it as primary. The old address remains as a recovery option unless you remove it.
Can I change my username or display name?
Yes. Display names can be changed at any time from Profile. Your unique EGREED ID handle can be changed once every 30 days.
What do I have to accept when I register?
You accept the EGREED Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, which explain how your identity data is used and protected under Rwandan Law N° 058/2021.
