How organisations use this coverage

Serve global users of an African platform

Terminate Africa traffic at a local edge node while the system of record and regulated data stay in Rwanda.

Offsite, out-of-continent backups

Hold an immutable third copy of critical data in Africa so a continental incident never costs you your recovery point.

Distributed teams and partners

Give Africa staff, auditors and partners fast, authenticated access through EGREED ID without opening your Rwandan network.

Data protection and compliance

  • • Rwanda Law No. 058/2021
  • • Country-level data protection acts across the ten server countries
  • • African Union Malabo Convention principles
