What a maintenance visit actually covers
- Physical cleaning — dust extraction, fan and heatsink service, thermal paste renewal
- Battery health, charger and power-supply testing
- SMART disk health checks, bad-sector scans and pre-emptive drive replacement
- Operating system patching, driver and firmware/BIOS updates
- Antivirus, endpoint protection and disk-encryption verification
- Backup verification — confirming the device's data is actually recoverable
- Printer servicing, roller and drum inspection, consumable forecasting

Our Kigali workshop handles component-level repair where it is economical: screen and hinge replacement, keyboard and battery swaps, charging-port and DC-jack repair, RAM and SSD upgrades, motherboard diagnostics and data recovery from failing drives.

Remote monitoring and management
Managed devices report health telemetry to the EGreed operations centre. We watch disk health, temperature, memory pressure, patch level, endpoint-protection status and backup success. Most tickets are opened by us before the user notices anything, and roughly seven in ten issues are resolved remotely without a site visit.
